Downloading it now… I wonder if it’s got that tunnel?

Consultant finally visited at 6.15 tonight, took a look at the x-rays and the news is excellent. He says James is "well ahead of the game" in his recovery and he wants him in his jacket tomorrow, up mobilising and outta hospital asap! FANBLOODYTASTIC!!
I must say that James has been a brilliant patient, never really complaining, and being totally understanding that it is hard for his friends/family to visit as much as they could if he was in Frimley. He deserves a medal, but is content with the promise of Sky Digital in his bedroom at home on his return. Â
If all goes to plan he will be home in time for the Bank Holiday weekend. I can’t wait, love him loads, miss him more, hurry home my darling James. xxxx

Things are happening for James… His wheelchair has arrived, and he’s just waiting for the consultant to visit before he can get his jacket on and sit in it!
More news as I get it…

I’m subscribed to the Drupal CVS messages RSS feed, and it looks like there are some cool features headed this way… Notably, anonymous comments will be accompnied by the traditional Name, Email and Homepage fields (ahh, just like the good old days :)). Obviously, if these are filled in then the comment isn’t anonymous any more, but that’s besides the point.

This sort of email tickles me. I’ll admit, I’m easily amused.

The x-rays will be done tomorrow morning and the consultant will look at them in the afternoon and make a decision on either Thursday or Friday for the halo jacket.

I’ve just spoken to James and he says Mr Harrisson came to give him a bit of a check up today. James will be having some more x-rays tomorrow, and as long as they turn out OK (which they should) he’ll be getting his jacket on Friday! They measured him for it today, so he is most likely to be up and around by the weekend… That’ll put a stop to his record-breaking lie in!
Well done, James!

Wow -Â PINVOKE.NET looks like an extremely useful site… I especially like the idea of a VS.NET plugin which lets you get stuff from, and submit stuff to, the wiki directly from your code!

Cory is working hard to bring us an even better Xbox Friends Thing! I’m sure he’s just doing this so he can humiliate people like me on PGR2 ![]()
