ChrisAn has spoken to the Microsoft people working on the company’s Bluetooth products, and it’s not good news. It looks like there isn’t any secret master plan to bring a fully fledged Bluetooth stack to Windows, at least not at the moment. As Chris says, bummer.

There are a couple of things to take away from this:

• Only a Microsoft employee was able to get this information from Microsoft on behalf of the rest of us. This is bad.
• Once he’d done the digging he was free to publish his findings on his blog. This is good.
